COMMENTS: High-resolution (~8 meV at 100 nm) absorption measurements using monochomated synchrotron radiation as a light source

The data points (absorption cross section vs. photon energy) plotted in Fig. 2 (6-9.8 eV) and Fig. 3 (9.7-12 ev) have been digitized and combined with the digitized data at 12-20 eV shown in Fig. 1
